By approving and providing payment of your invoice you are agreeing that you have read and understand Yavari LLC’s Terms and Conditions Policy.

Master Card, VISA and American Express
Returned Checks:
There will be a $100.00 fee for any returned checks.
Improper Charge Back Fee:
Customers that issue a charge back without a cause or reason will be billed any fees incurred by Yavari as well as a $100.00 charge back fee.
Return Policy:
Returns will only be accepted for errors made in shipping or products damaged in transit by Yavari LLC. Notification of incorrect or damaged products must be received by Yavari LLC within 48 hours of receipt of the product in order to receive credit or a replacement. No other returns will be accepted. Incorrect or damaged items can be returned to: Yavari LLC, 8542 NW 93rd Street Medley, FL 33166.
Cancelations:
All orders must be cancelled before 4 PM EST at least one day before your scheduled delivery date.
Shipping:
All orders are shipped via UPS or Fed Ex within 24-48 hours with the exception of out of stock items. Orders that exceed $200.00 will have complimentary shipping with the exception of specialty drugs and kits. Additional charges may apply for expedited shipping.
Product Availability:
Merchandise is subject to change or discontinue without notice.
Unpaid Invoices:
Any invoice that goes beyond 30 days past due will result in all outstanding invoices becoming due and must be paid upon demand. If Yavari LLC deems necessary, they shall seek third party assistance for recovering any uncollected funds. Customers will be responsible for paying all costs associated with collections which include court and reasonable attorney fees. Any future deliveries will be held at our discretion until all outstanding invoices have been paid
